The service price is agreed between you and the professional before the work begins. Premio adds a 10% platform fee, shown clearly on the invoice before you pay. The professional receives the service amount as a payout after completion; the platform fee covers payment processing, verification, and support.

All payments are handled by Razorpay. Premio never stores your full card or UPI credentials.
